Welcome to Soulspirational Wellness Studio. To maintain a peaceful, grounded, and respectful environment for everyone who steps through our doors to "sink in and sync up," we have established the following policies. By booking a session, class, or event with us, you agree to these guidelines.

Booking & Payment Policy

• Securing Your Session: Appointments for 1-on-1 services (including Reiki, Vibroacoustic Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and Intuitive Guidance) can be booked online or in person.

• Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or at the conclusion of your session, depending on the specific service. We securely process all major credit cards and digital payments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. When you book a session, that sacred time block is reserved exclusively for you.

• 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer that healing space to someone else on our waiting list.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without any notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full value of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations may require pre-payment for future bookings.

Punctuality & Late Arrival Policy

We want you to receive the full, unhurried benefit of your time with us.

• Arriving for Your Session: We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to settle in, take a breath, and transition into your session.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still need to end at its originally scheduled time so that we can honor the next client's sacred space. The full service fee will still apply.

 

Classes, Workshops & Community Gatherings

For our special events, Higher Mind Reiki certification classes, and monthly Community Councils, a great deal of preparation and space-holding goes into the experience.

• Registration & RSVP: Pre-registration is required for all classes and workshops to ensure we have materials and space for everyone.

• Event Cancellations: If you cannot attend a workshop or community gathering, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to receive a studio credit or refund (minus any non-refundable deposits stated at registration). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a friend with prior notice to the studio.

 

Studio Environment & Conduct

Soulspirational Wellness Studio is a sanctuary for healing, self-discovery, and deep rest.

• Quiet Space: We kindly ask that you silence your cell phone upon entering the studio to preserve the peaceful energy for yourself and others receiving treatments.

• Right of Refusal: We are dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session or class access at any time if a participant’s behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.
