Every Reiki session includes 60 minutes of actual table time. The remaining time is intentionally dedicated to pre- and post-session consultation to ensure your experience is integrated and understood.

Planning Your Session
Duration
Plan for an unhurried experience. Allow 2 to 3 hours for your first visit to ensure we have dedicated time for your story and integration. Follow-up visits typically run 90 minutes.
Location
We offer a safe, quiet, and peaceful environment at our studio in Wadsworth, OH. Remote sessions are also available via a secure link.
Preparation & Care
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and stay hydrated before and after your visit. A brief 5 to 10 minute vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) grounding is included at the close of your session unless opted out.
