Join us for an evening of guided past life regression meditation, designed to help you access and explore memories that may live beyond your current lifetime.

We'll begin with time to settle in and get comfortable, followed by a brief overview of what you can expect and some gentle guidance to help you feel at ease before we begin. From there, we'll move into a guided group meditation designed to help you relax deeply and open to whatever wants to surface — whether that's a vivid scene, a feeling, a symbol, or simply a sense of knowing.

Afterward, you'll have quiet time to write down anything that came up for you, followed by an opportunity to share your experience with the group if you choose. No prior experience is necessary — just an open mind and a willingness to receive whatever comes through.

I'll have paper and pens for notetaking afterward, but feel free to bring your journal if you'd like.

We are located in the brick storefront building on the corner of College and S. Pardee streets. Look for the sign for an attorney named Aric and an insurance company. Please enter through the front door. We are down the hall and to the left, by the steps.

Parking Tip: Please park out front, on the side streets, or in the public lot behind the church. Parking in the back of the building is reserved for tenants.
