Service Description

Your first Vibroacoustic Therapy session is a fully guided experience designed around you. We begin with a brief consultation to understand your goals and identify the frequencies best suited to your body and condition. You'll be walked through a box breathing exercise to ease into deep relaxation, and intensity is carefully calibrated to your comfort. Pain and anxiety levels are noted before and after so you can feel the shift for yourself. Then you simply receive. Allow approximately one hour
